Most modular home builders leave it up to the buyer to find and secure a team to prepare their lot, but we include land clearing and preparation in our services. 

Gen V Homes also includes building the foundation, setting and securing the home modules, finishing the exterior and interior plus adding any site built extra items (stairs, porches, etc.) so the house is move-in ready.

2.     Gen V Homes does your septic system installation.

When you hire Gen V Homes to be your modular home builder we don’t leave your septic up in your hands. We can engineer and install a conventional septic system or an engineered hybrid system if needed.

3.     Gen V Homes can install your well. 

If your lot is not hooked up to city water and a well is needed we can provide this for you. Our team can also provide a reverse osmosis (R.O.) system to desalinate brackish water and remove chemicals and contaminants.
