Here at Gen V we discuss and showcase a lot of our custom built modular homes, but we don’t share enough about our build partners and the modular spec options you can also have Gen V build for you. While any of the spec floor plans can be fully customized there are benefits to these plans. Starting with a spec plan can be a great option for those overwhelmed at the idea of building a completely custom home; and it is also a great option for those wanting an easier, and quicker, build process. (Plus spec homes tend to come in lower in cost.)

How do we work with these partners? We are an approved builder for Nationwide Homes. Meaning we have been okayed and credentialed through them to build any of their offered modular home plans.

Nationwide Homes offer over 150 different plans to choose from for your modular build. These homes range from 800 to 3000 square feet with over 80 standard luxury specifications, making a spec home easily tailored to your needs without customizations.

Below is Nationwide Home’s ‘Home of the Month’ for July 2024 – ‘The Riverview’. This modular home plan offers 1893 square feet with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This plan is perfect for a small family, starter home or downsizing option. All plans can be customized by Gen V to accommodate your particular needs.
